Im going to keep playing it, its always the houses "money" so no loss to me, but dug up this old post and found it interesting that others have had similar experiences. I had a ton of stats in grad school so i fully understand Variance, but it does seem a bit off. I cant tell you how many times i draw an ace on this hand?! That has rarely happened to me in real life, maybe im just lucky in Vegas. The BJ ratio averages about 3:1 in their favor and I have gone on runs of 30-40 hands with no two cards above 19? The biggest oddity, for lack of a better word, was doubling down on 10 or 11 vs dealer bust cards. The computer does seem to hit 5 or 6 cards to 20/21 fairly frequently. Rigged is the incorrect word because i never buy chips but I have seen things on the game that i dont in real life and i have logged more real life hours at the table. I just see things in the BJ game that i have never seen in Vegas. Now Im not a "black helicopter" kind of guy and I totally appreciate that this is a free game so this is NOT a complaint or whining. Figure its good practice and keeps me sharp for future Vegas trips. I like playing BJ on the computer while watching morning news. Really late to the Myvegas thing and just got my strip built. I just feel a need to resurrect this old post.
